If you only read one safety sentence before shopping MEDVi QUAD, read this one: nitrates plus PDE5 drugs is a hard no on standard FDA labels for sildenafil and tadalafil.
Can You Take It with Nitrates?
No. The current public QUAD ingredient story includes two PDE5 inhibitors. Nitrates (used in some angina and related regimens) can interact to cause profound hypotension. Recreational nitrite “poppers” are in the same conversation clinicians raise when counseling PDE5 patients.
This page does not list every nitrate brand name. Bring your full medication list to the telehealth clinician and to any in-person cardiology follow-up. If you already took a PDE5 drug with a nitrate and feel chest pain, faintness, or severe dizziness, seek emergency care.
